Once our artist gets started on your order we will not be able to issue a refund. This is due to the custom nature of our services/products. Your orders are designed with care and we will work with you to make sure you love the proof before we send it to print. If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you’re delighted with the final product.
If your order shows up damaged, please take a photo and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and please include your order number. If you received the wrong order, we will reprint them.
You are responsible for submitting a high-quality photo that adheres to our photo guidelines. All examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our artist to create the high-quality finish you see on site. We’ll let you know if you upload a photo that doesn’t work.
